Not happy with your Purchace?

    J & L Home Accents L.L.C. products are 100% guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund of the purchase price excluding shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee. 

    If your item is defective.

 J & L Home Accents L.L.C. will send you a prepaid return ticket for your return shipping and send you a replacement item immediately, or refund the purchase price. If you have a defective item that you want to return you must fill out the return form first so we can arrange the return shipping.

 Returns need to be carefully repackaged.

    We suggest you use the original shipping boxes if possible, with the individual products in their original containers. For your protection against damage and loss during shipping, please make sure you insure your return package (with either the US Postal Service or UPS) for at least the full price of the product. Please help us to serve you better in the future by sending us the reason for your return and any comments you may have.
